Digital Products — No Refunds All digital downloads — including planners, workbooks, postcard collections, and music albums — are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at info@alohalifestyle.org and we will make it right.

Physical & Wearable Products Wearable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, email info@alohalifestyle.org with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
